Moving Back into 447 W. College Ave. 

 

On August 1, 2016 the Phi Sigma Chapter will be moving back into the house at 447 W. College Ave. This is a huge step in the right direction for our chapter. The house is a huge privilege and will be treated as such. To ensure brothers know all the house rules, required maintenance, and risk management policies, we have elected two brothers as housing managers. These brothers are Nick Gonzalez and Tucker Verdi. In addition to electing these brothers, the Executive Board has gone through extensive housing training with IHQ.

 

At this time, we are asking that if any brothers  local to the Tallahassee area have used furniture that you would be willing to donate to contact us. As well as used furniture and other household items, we are asking for any monetary donations that you are willing to give. The funds raised will go directly towards purchasing these items:

• Couches

• Desks for the library 

• Folding Chairs

• Folding Tables

• Trophy Case

• Filing Cabinets

• Picnic Tables for the backyard

• Chairs for the front porch

• TVs and other electronic items
